Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience developing complex apps and gaming.
• Experience in setting up & working with and optimising GCP & AWS solutions in game & multiplayer game streaming.
• Proficiency in coding and development, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to facilitate collaboration and understanding.

Role Description:

• Building out Roam Core Infrastructure & Social Layer.
• Setting up Cloud, Game hosting & streaming infrastructure.
• Building out Roam Core Infrastructure & Social Layer.

• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Roam Mobile X Gaming X Social products from inception to launch.
• Work in a team of 6 software engineers.
• Contribute to coding tasks, ensuring high code quality and robust system architecture.
• Align technical solutions with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation in product features.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and quality.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes comprehensively.
